Confidentiality and Note-keeping

Everything disclosed to us is kept in the strictest confidence. However, we have a professional Duty of Care to inform others if there are concerns regarding the safety and welfare of clients or other people.

In order to ensure we do not overlook any important pieces of information, we will make notes in the assessment appointment/s and may continue to do so in subsequent sessions. The notes are the property of Morph Psychology and are not accessible to clients, however, clients can request written reports (costs are negotiated dependent on type of report requested).
